E360S Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of The Environmental 360 Solutions located in Calgary, Alberta.

This Acquisition is the second acquisition in the four months for E360S since its inception.

We are excited to have purchased the assets of The Environmental 360 Solutions, said Donato Ardellini Founder and CEO. The team at E360S welcome Ed Taha owner of The Environmental 360 Solutions and his valuable staff to the E360S team. We look forward to continuing Ed’s goals to grow his business and providing excellent customer service to his customers. This acquisition will integrate with Can Pak Environmental which we acquired November 1, 2018 and expands our presence in the Calgary market. We will be integrating our current routes in Calgary with the newly acquired route of The Environmental 360 Solutions.

We are excited about the prospects associated with E360S’ acquisition of The Environmental 360 Solutions assets. We think there are some great synergies that are going to bring value to The Environmental 360 Solutions’ long-standing and loyal customer base as well as future customers as well look to new opportunities though the potential for growth and expansion under theE360S corporate banner.
